Charles Russell Speechlys Switzerland strengthens its Family Law practice with the promotion of Sirin Yüce to Partner
min readCharles Russell Speechlys today announces the promotion of Sirin Yüce to Partner and Head of the Family Team in Geneva, effective 1st July 2024.
Since joining the Geneva office in 2019, Sirin has been an integral part of the growing team, advising clients in Switzerland and around the world with the utmost discretion and expertise.
Sirin’s practice is marked by a depth of experience in international children and complex financial matters in the context of cohabitation, separation or divorce, often advising high-net-worth individuals, entrepreneurs and professionals. Her cases frequently have an international dimension.
Sirin is admitted to practice in Switzerland and is a Deputy Judge at the Geneva Court of Justice. She is fluent in French, English and Turkish.
This follows the recent promotion of Partners, Ed Birrell and Usman Khan on 01 May 2024. In addition to two Legal Directors and 23 Senior Associate promotions.
