Charles Russell Speechlys advises Pracedo founder on the sale of the company to Collabera Digital

Charles Russell Speechlys has advised Matt Schutz, founder and CEO of leading Salesforce consultancy partner Pracedo Ltd, on the sale of the company, to Collabera Digital, a next generation information technology company.

Collabera Digital engineers the next generation of solutions to tech-forward organisations to accelerate their digital journeys. Together, Pracedo and Collabera Digital will deliver unrivalled digital transformation solutions with Salesforce to customers around the world.
