Charles Russell Speechlys advises Hankuk Carbon on its investment into Dymag
Charles Russell Speechlys has advised Hankuk Carbon Group, a global leader in composites manufacturing, in connection with its investment into Dymag, a leader in the manufacture of lightweight wheels for the automotive industry.
This investment builds on the existing partnership between the companies and will work to accelerate Dymag’s global mass production. It comes at an exciting time for Dymag, who recently received funding from the UK’s Advanced Manufacturing Supply Chain Initiative and further investments from Puma Private Equity.
