Charles Russell Speechlys advises REaD Group on company sale to Sagacity Solutions

Charles Russell Speechlys has advised the founder and management shareholders of leading UK-based data marketing agency, REaD Group Limited, on the sale of the company to data solutions company, Sagacity Solutions Limited. The founder and members of management have become shareholders of the combined group. 

The transaction will provide clients with clean, accurate and compliant data, with market leading comprehensive insights. Sagacity will provide an intelligently informed customer lifecycle proposition which starts from customer prospecting and marketing to customer management, billing, collections and retention over the lifetime of the customer and beyond.
