Jeremy Arnold joins Charles Russell Speechlys as Tax Trusts and Succession Senior Counsel

Charles Russell Speechlys is pleased to announce the arrival of Jeremy Arnold as Senior Counsel within the Firm’s Tax Trusts and Succession group in the London office.

Jeremy joins from Withers, where he previously held the position of partner and joint CEO of the private client and tax division. He is a pre-eminent and commercially astute senior lawyer with over 30 years’ experience advising clients on all aspects of private client work, encompassing wealth structuring, tax, trusts and estate matters.

Jeremy help set up and lead one of the largest Family Offices in Europe for eight years. Jeremy’s roster of clients includes well known high net worth individuals, family offices and entrepreneurs based in the UK and around the world. His multi-jurisdictional offering and significant expertise in advising clients on overseas financial planning matters mean he has a multifaceted approach to wealth planning.

Jeremy’s links with Luxembourg and Switzerland allow him to work closely with lawyers in our European offices on cross-border instructions and further broadens our international private wealth footprint. In addition to his private practice experience, Jeremy played a key role in establishing the Wealth Advisory business of Barclays Wealth, where he acted as Managing Director and a Member of the Executive Committee.
