Charles Russell Speechlys’ Dental team is delighted to have advised Dentex on the acquisition of Courtyard Dental Practice based in Saffron Walden in Essex. This marks a significant milestone in the rapid growth of Dentex, being the 100th dental practice to join the group.

Commenting on the deal, Partner Jonathan Steele said: “We have been delighted to work with Dentex on their growth strategy over the last 5 years. To reach this milestone in such quick time shows how successful their business has become and we look forward to working with them in future.”

Dentex’s Legal Director, also commented that “We are all so happy to have achieved this milestone and building our Dentex community. We would not have done it without the Charles Russell Speechlys team. We look forward to working with the Charles Russell Speechlys team as our business continues to grow in the next chapter of the Dentex adventure.”
