Charles Russell Speechlys advises Dentex on the acquisition of Courtyard Dental Practice

Charles Russell Speechlys’ Dental team is delighted to have advised Dentex on the acquisition of Courtyard Dental Practice based in Saffron Walden in Essex. This marks a significant milestone in the rapid growth of Dentex, being the 100th dental practice to join the group.

The team at Charles Russell Speechlys have worked with Dentex since 2017, advising them on over 50 practice acquisitions together with specialist business advisory legal support. Dentex is a fast-growing dental group focussed on developing its practices, supporting their partners and optimising how dental practices operate.

Commenting on the deal, Partner Jonathan Steele said: “We have been delighted to work with Dentex on their growth strategy over the last 5 years. To reach this milestone in such quick time shows how successful their business has become and we look forward to working with them in future.”
