Our Corporate Tax and Corporate teams are delighted to have been shortlisted this year for the Best EIS/SEIS Legal/Regulatory Adviser Award at the 2021 Enterprise Investment Scheme Association (EISA) Awards. The Awards denote excellence in a number of EIS/SEIS fields and recognise the achievements of EIS/SEIS practitioners over the past year.

The EISA and its members are dedicated to supporting UK Government, businesses and investors in ensuring the Enterprise Investment Scheme continues to deliver growth to the economy. The Association supports and promotes policies and initiatives that facilitate the smooth flow of risk equity capital from private individuals to smaller companies  - to ultimately benefit the UK economy.
