Prior to joining Charles Russell Speechlys, Edyta worked at MJ Hudson and Macfarlanes LLP, and before that she trained, qualified and practiced at Ashurst LLP.

Simon Ridpath, Managing Partner, Charles Russell Speechlys, said:

“The recruitment of an experienced practitioner, with the vast knowledge that Edyta has acquired in this space, will transform the services we can provide in funds and boost our industry reputation. Edyta’s arrival will further strengthen our funds capabilities to take on additional work for institutional funds in the UK. This, alongside our funds expertise in our Luxembourg office, reinforces our offering to the firm’s existing client base and will assist in attracting new clients to the firm.”

Edyta Brozyniak said:

“The importance of access to the Luxembourg market for UK-based investment managers has never been greater. I am thrilled to join a full-service international law firm, which benefits from having a well-respected Luxembourg office and funds practice. I look forward to working alongside teams across the firm’s international network as I continue to grow my practice.”

Edyta joins the firm on 7 June 2021 from funds services company, MJ Hudson Limited.
