Charles Russell Speechlys advises N+1 Singer on £10m return of capital

Charles Russell Speechlys has advised long-standing client, N+1 Singer Advisory LLP, as nomad and broker on a proposed £10m capital return to the shareholders of Zytronic plc.

The tender offer was made by Zytronic plc on the basis that they purchased up to 6,896,551 Ordinary Shares at 145p per share

Zytronic plc is a UK-based manufacturer and developer of touch sensing overlay products for use with electronic displays in industrial, self-service and public access equipment.

The Charles Russell Speechlys team was led by corporate partner, Andrew Collins and supported by corporate associate, James Scott.
