Charles Russell Speechlys advises Shore Capital as nomad and broker on Helios Underwriting plc £20m fundraising
min readCharles Russell Speechlys has advised long-standing client, Shore Capital, as nomad and broker on the £20m fundraising for AIM-listed insurance underwriters, Helios Underwriting Plc. The funds were raised through a placing, subscription and open offer.
Helios is an AIM-listed investment company offering investors growth and returns from exposure to Lloyd’s. On admission, Helios will acquire four Lloyd’s LLV entities with the vision of providing a good spread of business being concentrated in property insurance and reinsurance.
