Charles Russell Speechlys appoints Helen Wong as Corporate partner and to join China team

Helen Wong has joined Charles Russell Speechlys as a Partner in the firm’s Corporate team, and will also be the London lead of its China team.

With a focus on healthcare and education, Helen advises on a broad range of corporate transactional work including public and private acquisitions and disposals, investments, and joint ventures. She acts for business owners, HNWI’s, family businesses, and entrepreneurs, and has particular experience in cross border in-bound investment transactions from Hong Kong and China into the UK. She has previously headed PWC’s China desk.

Helen is also a published author, writing on Brexit and Cyber Security for Bloomsbury, and was awarded an MBE in 2014.
