Annapaola Negri-Clementi featured in La Repubblica, MilanoFinanza, Corriere della Sera and others following appointment to board of cryptocurrency asset manager

Corporate Partner Annapaola Negri-Clementi has been featured in multiple Italian newspapers following her appointment to the role of Chair of the board of directors of Hodli, the leading cryptocurrency asset manager in Italy.

Hodli works alongside financial institutions and professional operators in integrating crypto-assets into wealth in a structured, coherent and informed way.

On Tuesday 30th June, Hodli renewed its board of directors, appointing Annapaola to chair it. This appointment reflects her extensive experience serving on the boards of publicly listed and regulated companies, including her previous role on the board of Monte dei Paschi di Siena.

Other members of the board include: Gianluca Sommariva, Co-Founder and CEO of Hodli, advisors Federico Zambelli Hosmer, Gian Piero Sala, Daniela Pesci and sole auditor Luca Fioravanti.

Her appointment was featured in La Repubblica, MilanoFinanza, Corriere della Sera, La Stampa, Borsa Italiana, Euroborsa, Teleborsa, iMille, Quotidiano di Sicilia among others.
