Darren Bailey sits on the judging panel for City AM's Football Power List
min readThe inaugural City AM Football Power List has been announced, ranking the major players in the business of football. The list considers those in the position to make major decisions regarding money flows, regulations, competitive outcomes, and indeed the global direction of the game in 2026. Nominees could be individuals working in any area of the sports industry, anywhere in the world.
Every judge, including Darren Bailey, Consultant in our Commercial team, had the chance to nominate anyone they wanted before selecting their top 25 from a comprehensive longlist. Following that, the panel convened to discuss and finalise the ranking.
Among those recognised in the list are FIFA president Gianni Infantino, and Dawn Airey, chair of the Women's Super League and Championship board, who recently spoke with our Women in Leadership initiative.
