The Law Society Gazette and eprivateclient quote Sarah Jane Boon on 'Divorce Day'
Family lawyers have noted a spike in divorce enquiries in early January following the festive period as relationships may be under “increased strain”.
Couples sometimes wish to spend “one last Christmas” together or take advantage of the new year as a fresh start.
