The consensus is that the country house market has shifted from the pandemic days of sealed bids and gazumping on middle-of-nowhere homes to a more measured market where buyers are prioritising transport links, good schools and amenities.

We've completed on the sale of a couple in the last month and have around half a dozen coming to the market over the next two months, considerably more than last year.
