Greggs has won a landmark ruling in its legal battle over a £150 million pound insurance claim triggered by the coronavirus crisis.
The judgment substantially accepts Greggs’ primary case for payment of business interruption and related losses caused by Covid-19 and its consequences.
Manoj Vaghela, Partner, led the team representing Greggs and is quoted in the article.
