eprivateclient interviewed Senior Partner, Bart Peerless on the firm’s new strategic direction and future growth plans (subscription required).

Bart explained that client feedback during a strategic review last summer called for a team of legal advisers "that can service all their private capital needs, across the legal disciplines." He continued: "There is a growing global private capital market of clients and their families looking for advice on private capital in all its forms, be it succession, family, tax, corporate, funds, arbitration, litigation, luxury goods and art or property law legal services."

He added that it is important to offer clients the advice they need and get the right team in front of them by asking them questions and listening hard to "find out what they are worried about and lift the lid - find out what issues really matter to them."
