Sarah Anticoni writes for eprivateclient on the introduction of No-Fault Divorce

On the 6 April 2022, the long awaited no-fault divorce legislation came into effect in England and Wales. This is the biggest change to divorce law in over 50 years.

In the article, Sarah, welcomes the end of the "blame game" between couples but highlights that feelings of loss, grief and anger "may need to be addressed through other services, including counselling".
