Right to Work Reforms Webinar: What you need to do now to manage workforce compliance risk

Event Details

Where Where
Online, BST

From 1 October 2026, significant changes to the UK's Right to Work regime will extend immigration compliance obligations beyond the traditional employment relationships, and will potentially impact a far wider range of worker, contractor and labour-supply arrangements.

Employers need to act now: to review their workforce models, supplier arrangements and due diligence procedures to understand where these new compliance obligations and potential liabilities may arise. For private equity-backed and fast-growth businesses, these changes are likely to have significant implications across portfolio operations, outsourced functions and acquisition integration processes.
