Residential PEEPs Breakfast Panel

Event Details

When When
|
Where Where
Charles Russell Speechlys, 5 Fleet Place, London, EC4M 7RD

From April 2026, the Fire Safety (Residential Evacuation Plans) (England) Regulations2025 will require property managers to identify residents needing evacuation support, complete person-centred fire risk assessments, prepare Emergency Evacuation Statements, and keep evacuation information up to date for the Fire and Rescue Authority.

During this interactive panel session, our speakers will clarify your duties, explain how the changes impact managing agents and landlords, and share best practices for managing person-centred fire risk assessments and evacuation statements. Our expert panel will also outline common pitfalls to avoid and provide practical steps you can implement immediately.

Additionally, we'll be discussing how digital solutions, such as the ItBox, can simplify compliance and improve building safety.

This session is essential for landlords, managing agents and health and safety professionals overseeing higher-risk buildings and 11m+ building with a simultaneous evacuation strategy who need to understand and implement the new requirements before April 2026. Breakfast and networking opportunities will also be available.
