Team moves and business protection in the DIFC and ADGM

Event Details

When When

We are delighted to invite you to an insightful seminar, taking place both in-person and online, on Thursday 8 May.

Hosted in collaboration with Littleton Chambers, a leading barristers' set, the session will focus on team moves and related business protection with the DIFC and ADGM jurisdictions.

Joining us remotely, Gavin Mansfield KC and James Bickford-Smith, two of the most distinguished and preeminent barristers practising in the UAE, will discuss the law surrounding the protection of confidential information and the enforcement of post-termination restrictions in the DIFC and ADGM.

This will be followed by a session led by Charles Russell Speechlys, focusing on key practical tips and strategies for dealing with anticipated team moves.

We also hope you will stay on for drinks, canapés and networking after the presentations.
