If you are a surveyor or agent who is preparing for your APC or if you simply wish to
refresh your knowledge of the legal principles relating to commercial property
management, then this seminar will be for you!
The seminar will focus on a case study where we consider topics such as:
- 1954 Act Lease Renewals
- Break Notices
- Rent Arrears recovery (including tenant insolvency)
- The Practicalities of Forfeiture
