The International Bar Association (IBA) took place in Toronto for its 2025 Annual Conference, 2 – 7 November, which brought together thousands of lawyers from around the world.

A number of our partners spoke at the conference and meeting with our international friends.

At the conference:

  • Mark Summers co-chaired the panel ‘Does the tax tail wag the human dog’ exploring how changing global tax regimes affect the decisions that private clients make about how and where they want to live.
  • Partners were actively involved in a number of committees including the Private Client Taxes Committee and Law Firm Management Committee.
  • We are proud sponsors of the Private Client Taxes Committee lunch and connected with counterparts during the conference.

For more information and to arrange a meeting contact Charlotte Ford.
