In-House Insights: Building and Contributing to high performing In-House Legal Teams

Whether you lead the in-house legal function or are a key member of the team, your contributions are vital to its collective success. A high-performing in-house legal team brings huge benefits to a business, and so the importance of building and maintaining a team that is fully equipped to meet the challenges of this rapidly changing world should not be understated. However, this is no quick win.

As part of our In-House Insights series, we are hosting a session on how to build, manage, and contribute to a high-performing in-house legal team. This interactive session will feature insights from GCs and Talent specialists, who will share their real-life experiences for fostering successful legal teams.

Joined by Dr Tracy Rea, who specialises in the concept of 'talent transfer', we will also discuss practical tips on how in-house lawyers can identify talent and develop that talent to its full potential. Dr Rea is currently the Consulting Director/EMEA Banking Lead for Concentrix Consulting. She was previously the European Head of People at Laing O'Rourke and was the Performance Director for Scottish Gymnastics in the lead-up to the 2014 Glasgow Commonwealth Games, having competed at an international level herself. Dr Rea also holds the position of Chair at Parkour UK.

This session will provide you with valuable insights and practical tips for your legal team's development.
