The Score: Ticketing

Introducing the new Charles Russell Speechlys podcast series, ‘The Score’, where members of our sports team, and guest speakers, will discuss hot topics in the world of sport and, we hope you’ll forgive us for doing so, scrutinise the latest developments and focus on some of the legal issues and how the law does, and could, help solve them.

Ticketing Podcast

The debut podcast of ‘The Score’ series focuses on the area of ticketing in sport, with a particular focus on how the law can help reduce the impact of secondary ticketing touting. The podcast features Darren Bailey and Nick White as they discuss:

  • the current regulatory framework and how sports can use it
  • case studies of success – Cheltenham and Chelsea
  • technological advancements
  • the issue of enforcement

You can also find our podcasts on PodbeanApple Podcasts and Spotify.
