Charles Russell Speechlys & Keating Chambers Podcast Mini-Series: Mock Conference with Counsel

We are delighted to present a 2 part podcast series detailing a mock conference with counsel dealing with insurance claims under a construction contract, complex issues of delay and finding commercial solutions for your clients.

The mock-conference will be split into two 30-minute bite-sized podcasts and will see a mock conference with counsel concerning advice for a high-end developer client in the context of:

  • Specified Perils,
  • Delays, and
  • Insurance claims.

The podcasts give an insight into common challenges facing developer clients and explore strategy and possible outcomes in order to address contractual and practical issues when dealing with claims and insurance issues.

Our Speakers include Rupa Lakha, Partner at Charles Russell Speechlys, Jennie Wild and Charlie Thompson of Keating Chambers.
