UK work and business mobility in a post-Brexit world

After a long and drawn out process, freedom of movement between the UK and the EU has ended. A new UK immigration system now applies to EU and non-EU nationals alike, and the recent trade agreements reached with the EU and Switzerland contain important mutual mobility provisions.

It has never been more important for businesses to understand the requirements of UK immigration. Action is required now to ensure the new rules are correctly complied with.

In this webinar, the first in our series on post-Brexit mobility, experts Rose Carey and Kelvin Tanner discuss:

  • UK business visitors – what activities are permissible?
  • Mobility provisions in the trade agreements – what is covered and how does this compare to existing categories?
  • The UK’s new immigration system – an overview of the system and key sponsor compliance considerations
