CMA publishes decision on ComparetheMarket most favoured nation clauses

The CMA has published its decision on ComparetheMarket’s most favoured nation clauses with home insurers.  The CMA found that these clauses breached the Chapter I prohibition and Article 101.  Click here.

CMA updates its digital markets strategy

The CMA has updated its digital markets strategy.  The strategy was originally published in 2019 and the update reflects developments since that time, including the work to establish the new Digital Markets Unit within the CMA.  Click here.
