General Court upholds abuse of dominance decision against Lithuanian rail operator but reduces fine

The General Court has upheld the European Commission decision against a Lithuanian rail operator which found it had abused a dominant position by removing rail track connecting Lithuania and Latvia to prevent a customer and potential rival from using it.
