- The European Commission has cleared the proposed acquisition of Omnova by Synthomer, both manufacturers of specialty chemicals. The approval is conditional on the divestment by Synthomer of its global vinyl pyridine latex business. Click here.
- The European Commission has cleared the proposed acquisition of Allergan by AbbVie. The approval is conditional on the divestment of a product under development by Allergan to treat inflammatory bowel diseases. Click here.
