At Charles Russell Speechlys I have found that everyone works really closely and this has a positive impact on the delivery and quality of our work. This is evident across various business services divisions, where I have established very strong and collaborative working relationships - I am extremely comfortable in reaching out to different teams for support and they are always happy and willing to assist.

I have always found senior management to be very welcoming and supportive and I really do think this cascades down and creates a positive culture. The Firm is culturally diverse and holds a host of social and charitable events, which are great opportunities to mix and learn with other colleagues from across the business.
