James Brown, IT Team Leader

Since joining Charles Russell Speechlys in the summer of 2022, my role has expanded & developed in numerous areas. Primarily, my responsibilities were focused on technical support tasks & providing training to the Middle East offices.

Throughout my time at the firm my role has evolved. While still performing my primary responsibilities, I was also fulfilling some additional tasks such as assisting Middle East related IT Projects, incident management, managing third-party vendors, maintaining/building relationships with staff & mentoring new members into the team.

These extended responsibilities have contributed to my professional growth, which have allowed me to gain and develop a hidden skillset.

I was delighted to be promoted to IT Team Leader Middle East. I believe this is in recognition of the work I’ve put in since joining the Firm, coupled with the Firm's belief in me to continue to grow and develop my career at Charles Russell Speechlys.
