Courtney Jew-Snalam, Client Services Executive Lead

I joined Charles Russell Speechlys in 2019 after arriving in London from South Africa as a Client Services Executive (CSE). After a few short months we then experienced the COVID pandemic. Our Firm needed to adapt to this and as such our CSE role needed to evolve.

With this came opportunities where I was able to hone in my skills and flex my understanding of our internal procedures. We had a new admin assistant join during the COVID period and I wanted to do my best to be as supportive to her as I possibly could. During this period, I took on more responsibility within the department and signed up for all the training offered by the Firm.

I was recently promoted to client services executive lead of the private client division. I have benefited from tailored training and coaching offered within our Firm which has made my transition as smooth as it could be.
