Christian Tomlinson, Compliance Analyst

Since joining the firm in March 2019 as a Client Services Administrator, I have had the privilege of immersing myself in a diverse array of business practices, significantly evolving my skill set. During my time in this role, I honed my ability to address client needs effectively. I then joined the compliance department in 2021 as a Compliance Administrator, providing me with invaluable insights into both spectrums of business intake.

Being part of the compliance department has placed me on the frontline, where I have embraced a wide array of additional responsibilities that have contributed to my professional growth. This experience has enabled me to advance into the Compliance Analyst role in 2023, where I continue to serve as a knowledgeable resource across various business domains.

I am honoured to be part of a formidable team, comprised of powerhouses of knowledge, within an environment that actively encourages development, idea-sharing, and collaboration. The leadership here is magnificent, characterised by a humanistic and empathetic approach. This dynamic setting not only fosters my personal and professional growth but also empowers me to contribute meaningfully to the firm's success.
