We have an exciting opportunity in our Guildford office for a Payroll Specialist to work with the Payroll Manager in the processing of both the 800+ UK employee payroll and 9 International payrolls. The main focus will be ensuring that the payroll function and associated tasks are delivered in a timely and accurate manner, ensuring the relevant legislation for each country is applied. You will be working closely with both the HR and Finance teams across Guildford and London.
Duties will include but are not limited to:
- Assisting the Payroll Manager with the running of all national and international monthly payrolls within agreed deadlines
- Ensuring effective working relationships with all outsourced payroll providers
- Pensions related administration using excel reports and working with pension providers
- Producing monthly employee statistic reports for Accounts and Partners
We are looking for candidates with demonstrable payroll experience with a keen interest in learning and developing their expertise further. International experience is not essential as the requisite training will be provided.
Tasks will vary depending on workloads and capacity.
