Corporate Associate – M&A and Corporate Finance
Our Luxembourg office concentrates on middle market and large corporate clients operating internationally, investment funds, private equity houses, large family offices, banks and other financial institutions, and specializes in tax planning, mergers and acquisitions and corporate finance.
We have built our reputation on a strong practice in corporate M&A and restructuring, investment management, finance, and tax planning aspects of international holding and financing structures. Our growing Luxembourg office and our local tax practice are recognised in leading legal directories.
We have an attractive opportunity for two Associates to join our growing corporate department.
Role and Responsibilities
•You will work on private equity, M&A corporate and finance projects for national and international clients.
•You will work closely with the other practices of the Firm and with the international offices.
•You will be in contact with clients and their advisors.
Person Specification
•You have at least a 5 year university degree in law, ideally with a Masters in finance law.
•You have between 0 and 2 years’ of experience in a corporate or finance practice of a law firm based in Luxembourg
•You have professional proficiency in English and French. Hindi, or any other Indian dialect, will be an asset.
•You are a team player, organised, flexible, proactive and ambitious.
