Content Manager

The Content Manager is based within the Marketing & Communications team, and provides specialist skills in generating and perfecting content to support the firm’s go-to-market strategy and build the Charles Russell Speechlys brand, internally and externally.

They will be responsible for driving quality content creation and help the firm develop a more coherent approach to content development and dissemination, to provide a high quality, consistent and distinctive experience for clients and other audiences, in an increasingly crowded and competitive environment. They will review existing content marketing activity and develop and implement standards and processes which improve editorial quality, efficiency of content development, and its effectiveness in building the brand and winning business. They will monitor the success of content campaigns and constantly improve and evolve the programme.

They will play a key role in developing and supporting a range of new initiatives that will enhance our firm’s profile raising activities, in particular using their knowledge of copy, content and campaign planning. The firm has recently invested in producing research based campaign content, so the ability to plan and execute thought leadership based campaigns is crucial.

The role is permanent and full time.
