Reporting and Statistics

In May 2020, we were one of a very few number of law firms to publish a Gender Pay Report and, in addition, we increased our reporting to include a review of our Ethnicity Pay gap.

As a firm we welcome the transparency and accountability that reporting brings to both our existing employees and to our future workforce. It is a topic of particular interest to us and we have been working as a Firm to improve the gender balance and diversity at all levels in our business. Our aspiration is to create a more diverse Firm, whilst maintaining our inclusive culture to ensure we retain our talented workforce.
