Our commitment to improving diversity and inclusion extends beyond our Firm, to better understand how we can work with and support our clients.
Diversity and inclusion is at the heart of our business; it's a key part of the Firm’s commercial strategy running through all aspects of our business. We know this is not just important to us as a Firm, but it is important to our clients too and in March 2022 we engaged with a number of clients who share our values and our focus on diversity, inclusion and broader ESG practices.
Channel 4, Meggitt, British Horseracing Authority, Rothschilds, BYBI and W8 Advisory joined us for a conversation on why gender balance and diversity of all kinds is important to them and their organisations and why it is a commercial imperative. They also shared with us the benefits and challenges within their sector, provided some great examples of what they are doing to shift the dial on their own diversity and ESG objectives and why they are holding their providers and suppliers to account.
