    Women in Leadership

Welcome to our Women in Leadership initiative - part of our commitment to addressing gender imbalance at leadership level, both inside and outside the Firm.

The Women in Leadership initiative is dedicated to supporting women on their journey to leadership, be that as a female founder, investor, C-suite or otherwise. We provide an exciting and collaborative space for people to come together to share their experiences, learn key leadership skills and to make long-lasting connections. Our initiative runs events throughout the year across a range of locations, on a broad spectrum of topics, shining a light on the paths to leadership and equipping members of our network with the skills to overcome the challenges faced by women in the world of business.

We bring together female founders, investors, C-suite, General Counsel, professional advisers and others to create a network that celebrates diversity, encourages innovative thought and empowers every woman to rise to the top of her potential.

We have hosted a number of events over the past few years, and have included highlights of several of those events below. Our upcoming events are also outlined below--if you are interested in attending any of these sessions, you can pre-register your interest by clicking on the button below. Further details and formal invitations will be sent out 6 weeks before the date of the event.
