We recognise the importance of the environment and we aim to follow best practice where possible.
We understand that the environmental performance of the firm is essential to its continuing success and aim to minimise the environmental impact of our activities. We seek to educate and train our people about the importance of environmental issues and the effects of our activities.
To reduce our carbon footprint
To reduce our use of paper
Our buildings have strong environmental credentials and meet high standards
Our UK buildings have been awarded a good Energy Performance rating of “B” or "C" from the Carbon Trust.
The paper we use is Forest Stewardship Council (FSC) approved, and is sourced from a combination of recycled material and managed sustainable forestry.
We encourage the recycling of all paper, tin, glass, cardboard, recyclable plastic and packaging, where possible office cleaning products are environmentally friendly and all the tea, coffee and hot chocolate vending in the building are certified by the RainForest Alliance or UTZ certified and disposable cups are recyclable.
Our Environment Champions across the firm encourage and support our people to follow best practice - switching lights and PCs off when not in use, cutting out non-essential printing, recycling all our waste appropriately
A cycle to work scheme and a season ticket loan scheme encourage our people to cycle or use public transport to get to work.
