Silvia has extensive experience advising high net worth individuals and families with their succession and estate planning, including preparing of wills, advising on trust structures and advising on probate related matters. Silvia also regularly assists ultra-high net worth clients and family offices with a wide range of issues including the setting up of the PTC structures and charities.
Silvia has been recognised as a leading lawyer for private wealth law (international firms) by Chambers High Net Worth Guide and named in Legal 500 Asia Pacific consecutively. Additionally, Silvia was also named in ALB Asia’s Top 15 Private Wealth Lawyers 2022 by Asian Legal Business. She was also listed on the Citywealth Leaders List, and named Future Leaders Top 100: Super Advisors in 2019, as well as Top 10 Professionals in China and Hong Kong.
