Rebecca has experience advising clients upon relationship breakdown, including unmarried separation, divorce and associated financial matters. Rebecca also advises clients on private law children matters including day-to-day arrangements for children, relocation and cases in which there are allegations of abuse.
Rebecca is also able to advise clients on pre and post-nuptial agreements, as well as cohabitation agreements.
Rebecca is actively involved with a pro bono legal advice clinic.
Rebecca is a member of Resolution, a national association of family lawyers and other professionals committed to the constructive, non-confrontational and cost-effective resolution of family disputes.
Rebecca is admitted to practise in England & Wales.
