Michelle advises on all aspects of commercial property work, including acquisitions and disposals, portfolio work, business tenancies including pre-lets, development schemes including mixed use developments, option and overage agreements, asset management, funding, corporate support and property management.
Michelle has particular expertise in real estate finance and healthcare work. On the secured lending side, she has experience in advising lenders and borrowers on both real estate investment and development finance for mixed use, residential and commercial properties. On the healthcare side, Michelle has worked on a wide range of transactions - spanning from single units to large portfolio transactions in both care homes and pharmacy sectors.
Michelle is admitted to practise in England and Wales.
