Working in partnership with Senior Leaders across the Firm, Karen provides executive oversight and direction to the Firm’s people professionals; to grow and sustain an inclusive culture through strategies that attract, retain, and develop its talented workforce.
Initially joining the Firm to lead HR transformational change, Karen’s 30 years of experience in HR ensures she brings a client-centric and business focus to the very heart of the employment relationship.
Before joining Charles Russell Speechlys, Karen held senior HR positions in various financial and professional services firms, in both an employed and a self–employed capacity.
Karen is a member of Charted Institute of Personnel and Development.
