Jean is a senior associate who advises on the full range of alternative investment vehicles from structure to launch. He further advises fund managers as well as professionals of the financial sector on regulatory matters.
Jean also has extensive experience in corporate law, advising multinational and local companies in the structuring, financing and implementation of their corporate reorganisations.
He is a former lecturer of the University of Lorraine, Nancy Law Faculty, for students of the Diplôme de Juriste Conseil d'Entreprise, which he also holds.
Jean is admitted to practice in Luxembourg and has been a member of the Luxembourg Bar since 2015.
