Felicity specialises in all aspects of family law. Her areas of expertise include divorce, separation and associated financial matters, cohabitation/unmarried couples, issues relating to children and cases involving allegations of domestic abuse. She also advises on cohabitation agreements and pre-nuptial and post-nuptial agreements.
Felicity acts for spouses, unmarried people and, where necessary, others involved in family proceedings such as the parents or grandparents of the couple.
Felicity is a qualified Collaborative Lawyer. She assists clients to resolve disputes in a conciliatory way through various out-of-court methods including collaborative law and mediation. Felicity also has considerable experience of dealing with matters through the courts if proceedings become necessary.
Felicity is listed in the Citywealth Leaders List, the Private Client Directory of recommended advisers, and was selected as one of the Citywealth 2019 Future Leaders Top 100. She has been quoted on family law issues in national and local media including The Times and the Law Society Gazette.
Felicity is a member of Resolution, a national association of family lawyers and other professionals committed to the constructive resolution of family disputes, and sits on the committee for Surrey Resolution.

Experience
- Advising parties both out of court and during proceedings on financial matters following the breakdown of their marriage including cases where there are complex and/or high-value assets including companies, pensions, trusts and tax issues
- Representing third party interveners in complicated matrimonial financial proceedings involving a family business or where wider family members’ finances are intermingled
- Advising and representing parents in disputes regarding the children including the time they are to spend with each parent and which school they are to attend
- Acting for parents of children in family proceedings with an international element including applications for leave to remove a child from the jurisdiction or where the parents live in different countries
- Dealing with cases where there are allegations of domestic abuse including representing applicants and respondents in relation to applications for non-molestation orders and occupation orders
