Danielle advises on a range of contentious and non-contentious issues including breaches of Regulatory Rules, breaches of procedure, good governance, integrity, integrity education, welfare and doping. She has experience of prosecuting before Sports Disciplinary Tribunals, both in person and as junior to leading Counsel.

Experience
- Prosecuting for the British Horseracing Authority in relation to numerous integrity cases involving issues such as betting, corruption, inside information and running and riding.
- Advising a Sports Governing Body on the Re-Write of its entire Rules and Penalty framework.
- Assisting with the review and implementation of a Sports Governing Body’s education programme.
- Assisting with the lobbying of Government (DCMS) in relation to GDPR legislation on behalf of a Sports Governing Body.
