About
Charlotte is the firm’s Senior Manager for International Business Development and Relationships, working with teams across the firm to support our clients in their global ambitions. This includes delivery of BD activity through the firm’s country desks, engagement with international associations, and relationships with our Global Network of preferred firms, Charlotte also manages the business development and marketing teams in our international offices.
She is an active member of the International Bar Association Marketing & BD Sub-Committee of Law Firm Management Committee and has written for a number of IBA publications.
Charlotte is also co-chair of the firm’s Gender Committee.
She has over 20 years’ experience in the legal and professional services sector. Prior to joining Charles Russell Speechlys, she worked at the Law Society of International Wales where she headed up the international team, supporting UK law firms developing their global business and profile.
