Anna advises on a broad range of corporate matters, both regionally and internationally, with a focus on mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures and private equity. Anna has a particular interest in advising family businesses on governance and restructuring matters.
Prior to qualifying, Anna completed her training contract in our Dubai office. She provided legal support across different departments including Litigation & Dispute Resolution, Real Estate, and Construction.
Anna is admitted as a solicitor of the Senior Courts of England and Wales.
